F.I.T Champion is a Program that applies to the Sales team in the whole F.I.T Group in which the winning teams or individuals must have a sales completion rate of over 120% of the assigned target. The reward for each F.I.T Champion award for the whole Group can be up to tens of thousands of USD and tens of thousands of F.I.T Group shares (code FIT).

Attending the launching ceremony of Vikoda’s F.I.T Champion program included the presence of Mr. Nguyen Van Sang – Chairman of the Board of Management of F.I.T Group, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoai – General Director of F.I.T Group and Vikoda’s leadership team and nearly 300 warriors who are sales officials and staff of Vikoda nationwide.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Sang, Chairman of the Board of Management of F.I.T Group said that Vikoda currently owns an extremely rare diamond water mine in Vietnam with perfect natural alkalinity of 9.0. For the brand of Vikoda diamond mine to spread to the whole country, even to the world, one of the important differences is the belief, ideals and pride of the business team when bringing natural mineral water as a solution to consumers, helping consumers protect their health, especially preventing digestive diseases. And the F.I.T Champion program will be a playground to light up the determination and breakthrough spirit for Vikoda’s business warriors.

Mr. Nguyen Van Sang also said that a salesperson who participates in the F.I.T Champion program and wins a quarterly award can earn an income of 40-60 million VND/month. Especially, if the Champions win quarterly and yearly prizes, they can buy houses and cars.

The F.I.T Champion program will be held quarterly, annually, and maintained for the next 10 years. Particularly for Vikoda, in 2022, if the sales staff wins the F.I.T Champion award in the third quarter, the fourth quarter and the whole year, they will receive an additional reward of a 5-day tour to one of the Southeast Asian countries, with Sales managers who win the third quarter, fourth quarter and year Champion award will receive an additional bonus of a 10-day tour in Europe or in the US.

At the end of the ceremony, the Board of Leadership and all sales staff of Vikoda showed their determination by committing to fulfill business goals and win the F.I.T Champion award in 2022. The program promises to be a big push, promoting Vikoda’s sales growth, motivating each individual in Vikoda’s sales team to continue to improve themselves, improve sales capacity to create new breakthroughs.
